Job Description

This position will be located on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus working under the direction of the Circulation Manager. The student will assist with duties as assigned by the Circulation Manager.

Essential Duties Summary

- Perform circulation duties
- Shelve books
- Answer phones
- Promote Library services
- Assist Students, Faculty and Staff with research, computer and homework needs
- Be familiar with NCLive
- Maintain appearance of the Library
- Other duties as assigned

Special Conditions Eligibility Summary

Students must have completed a current year’s FAFSA, be eligible for Federal Financial Aid, be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) at South Piedmont Community College, be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (GPA of 2.000 or higher, a completion rate of 67% or higher, not to exceed the maximum timeframe of 150%) to apply.
